Estonia Awards €68,900 Contract for Flood-System Business Analysis

A procurement award published on 16 October named DATALYZE OÜ for business analysis of an information system for floods, with a reported contract value of €68,900. The project demonstrates public-sector demand for analytical services that help organise environmental information and support operational decisions. Consultancies, data providers and public-sector technology firms can explore opportunities in business analysis, environmental dashboards and data-driven planning. HPC can support market and operational analytics; the published €68,900 value belongs to this specific contract, not to a wider market-research budget.
