Malta’s Green Transition Creates Demand for Skills and Implementation Expertise

Malta has launched a €60.6 million Social Climate Fund running from 2026 to 2032, supporting energy-efficiency improvements, renewable energy, electric mobility and community transport. The programme will require coordinated planning, implementation and monitoring across public bodies, housing and micro-enterprises.

Educational institutions, consultants and training providers require digital systems, programme analytics and workforce-development tools to support these initiatives. HPC provides technology planning, programme analytics and implementation support for an engagement fee of $550,000.
